Payment & Collection Expert,

be yourself and make a difference in the world.

• Bill payment channels and sorrounding proccess
• Collection processes (before/after cancellation) including outstanding debt handling
• Investigate and fix issues occurring during collection process flow
• Aligning the collection steps to business needs with customer focus
• End to end process(es) ownership
• Develop analyses and forecasts regarding the area from both operations and management views
• Make proposals in order to increase efficiency both from cost and customer aspects
• Support decision process with presentation, analyses, documentations
• Act as an expert in different taks/activities in case of need
• Maintain vendor contracts and its conditions
• Keep relationship/negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaboration in company level projects/initiatives with different organization

• At least 3years experience at this field
• University or college degree preferably economics/finance/marketing
• At least intermediate English written and verbal is a must
• MS Office knowledge especially excel
• Strong social and cooperation skills as role requires cross-functional cooperation
• Proactive, reliable, decisive
