Manage end-to-end customer service processes, ensuring high standards in key transactions such as order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports, invoicing, claim & return handling, and crediting.
Handle customer calls and complaints efficiently and professionally, adhering to the service level agreement.
Ensure accurate and high-quality case and call logging, providing regular updates until a successful resolution is achieved.
Maintain close communication and collaboration with cross-functional departments, such as Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, to solve problems effectively.
Requirements
Advanced, business-level language proficiency in French and English
Strong customer services experience within a fast paced, corporate environment
Experience in a customer facing role, including order processing
Good MS Office skills
Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
Accurate and fast data entry skills
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent organization skills
