Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer service processes, ensuring high standards in key transactions such as order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports, invoicing, claim & return handling, and crediting.
  • Handle customer calls and complaints efficiently and professionally, adhering to the service level agreement.
  • Ensure accurate and high-quality case and call logging, providing regular updates until a successful resolution is achieved.
  • Maintain close communication and collaboration with cross-functional departments, such as Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, to solve problems effectively.

Requirements

  • Advanced, business-level language proficiency in French and English
  • Strong customer services experience within a fast paced, corporate environment
  • Experience in a customer facing role, including order processing
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organization skills
