You develop and validate product and transport packaging for sensors and accessories.
You are responsible for creating packaging specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions in PLM/ERP systems.
You conduct packaging tests (drop, vibration, compression, climate, and stacking tests) and document the results.
You standardize labels and integrate traceability data (barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers).
After defining cost models, you prepare TCO analyses and take over budget control.
You ensure global regulatory compliance (e.g., ISPM 15, recycling regulations, labeling requirements).
You optimize palletization, container utilization, and ergonomic packaging processes.
You select and qualify packaging suppliers and monitor their performance.
You implement sustainability strategies (recyclability, material optimization, CO₂e reduction).
You integrate data into ERP/MES/WMS systems after introducing digital solutions and ensure data integrity.
You analyze and improve packaging KPIs (damage rates, costs, sustainability, scan rates).
You lead change management, deviation handling, and root cause analyses for packagingrelated damag
Requirements
You have successfully completed a degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar field.
You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in packaging development for industrial or electronic products (or comparable experience).
You bring solid expertise in CAD and documentation tools as well as experience with PLM/ERP systems and labeling software.
You have knowledge in packaging validation and testing and a good understanding of supply chain risks.
You are a creative team player with a passion for innovative packaging solutions and enjoy optimizing processes and costs.
You convince others with your analytical skills, project management know‑how, and clear communication with various stakeholders.
You demonstrate strong responsibility, cost awareness, and an eye for sustainability.
