Operations Support Systems (OSS) keep everything running behind the scenes—and we need someone who can make sure they’re always at their best. As an OSS Expert, you’ll work on critical systems that power our network, from maintenance and optimization to introducing new platforms and features. If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want to be part of projects that shape the future of telecom, this role is for you.

Currently we are looking for an OSS Expert!

This is a back-office position within OSS Planning and Operations. You’ll handle incident management, process improvements, and customer complaint resolution, while also contributing to scripting, programming, planning, and development of OSS software products. Your work will directly impact system reliability, security, and performance.

• Ensure high availability, security, and continuous improvement of OSS platforms
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including software updates and troubleshooting
• Manage operational tasks: administration, configuration, monitoring, reporting, capacity planning, and documentation
• Lead integration and performance control of new OSS platforms and services
• Customize OSS interfaces and develop scripts, programs, and integrations
• Design, implement, and test new services and features; support upgrade and capacity planning
• Coordinate with vendors and internal/external partners
• Contribute to process development and maintain operational documentation
• Share knowledge through internal training programs
• Prepare reports for management and other departments
• Lead implementation and maintenance of a new monitoring system
• Actively contribute to AI-related projects within the department

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (BS minimum, MS preferred)
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of OSS techniques
• Hands-on experience operating OSS systems
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Proactive mindset for improvement and change
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and pressure
