Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the company’s learning and development (L&D) framework to align with business needs.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives to build internal leadership capabilities.
  • Conduct skill assessments and provide upskilling and reskilling opportunities for employees.
  • Oversee and support the organization’s knowledge-transfer processes.
  • Lead a team of 4 OD professionals and manage projects to ensure the effective delivery of OD curricula, programs, and processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other learning events.
  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative partnerships with business stakeholders and peers.
  • Support internal trainers and the internal coach community.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and inspiring talent development and culture strategy.
  • Play a critical role in driving employee engagement, enhancing organizational performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure impact and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with OD vendors for externally-led programs.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify and address business learning needs.
  • Own and manage the L&D budget effectively.

Requirements

  • University or college degree, preferably in Human Resource Management (L&D-related studies are an advantage).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, leading or actively participating in organizational development projects, and facilitating learning, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting, ideally within an SSC/BSC/GDC environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in an OD or L&D managerial role, with a proven track record in leading leadership development programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in creating and leading talent management programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in people management and accountability for budgets.
  • Experience in change management and project management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Agile, self-directed, and capable of working independently.
  • Client-centric mindset with a human-focused leadership style.
  • Ability to lead, create strategies, develop and communicate plans, and drive change across an organization.
