Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of the order management process, ensuring timely processing, order maintenance, and adherence to the commercial strategy.
  • Act as a lead / point of escalation to resolve resource allocation and other operational requirements
  • Ensures timely shipment of deliveries by working across internal teams (e.g. Operations, Transportation)
  • Plans, coordinates and monitors the customer shipments according to the customer’s request and shipping schedule
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, research, reporting, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
  • Ensure upkeep of all process related documentation, and act as a mentor / process POC for junior members
  • Lead and/or support the identification and implementation of continuous improvements opportunities and special/global projects
  • Maintain and report data within the defined timelines and format, ensuring clarity and completeness
  • Generate and analyse reports using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel to provide insights on incident status and processing timelines
  • Follow SOX regulations and internal defined procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or supply chain related roles
  • High Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP), Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel) and general reporting
  • Business proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven record as an individual contributor - structured work approach with good attention to detail
  • Service and quality-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
  • 1 + year of Leadership experience
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Spanish, Chinese, or Korean is a plus

The position is responsible for delivering excellent internal customer service by ensuring orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner. This includes order entry and data maintenance in SAP, coordination of international deliveries, and regular monitoring and follow-up on orders to ensure maximum internal customer satisfaction
