Order Management Specialist - shift

• What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full order-to-invoice cycle
  • Register and manage orders in internal systems (SAP, Salesforce)
  • Gather information from cross-functional teams and provide customers with accurate updates
  • Resolve issues related to delivery timing, product availability, and order changes
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and credit policies
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and excellent service delivery

• What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce is an advantage
  • Ability to follow end‑to‑end processes and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent English skills
  • Spanish is an advantage

• Working Hours & Work Model

  • Hybrid setup: 2 days office / 3 days home office per week
  • US team shifts: between 14:00 and 00:00
