Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing company with decades of industry experience and multiple production sites.
Tasks
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end order management process, from order entry in the ERP system through delivery coordination to aftersales support.
- Manage and track customer orders in the ERP system
- Coordinate technical and financial aspects of orders with internal teams
- Support production planning and delivery coordination
- Assist in project administration and documentation
- Handle contracts, invoicing and reporting tasks
- Prepare basic statistics and operational reports
- Manage customer issues and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- 1-2 years experince in order management, preferable in the technical field
- Business fluent English language skills
- Fluent Hungarian language skills
- Solid experience with any ERP systems
- Detail-oriented an independent working style
