Operation Support and Sales Assistant to Group Polymer Commerce

This job offers an exciting opportunity to provide wide-range of support to Regional Sales Leader and MOL Group BU Leader and also gives ground for continuous professional and personal development.

Purpose of the job

Performs extensive administrative and high-level support tasks of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the SEE Regional Sales Manager, Group Polymer BU director, for which she/he needs minimal supervision if the right environment is provided. She/He maintains regular contact with the employees in his own direct work area in order to ensure adequate information provision and to operate the applied systems and processes. Supports, organizes and performs administrative and assistant work. Transmits information and prepares reports, thereby helping the work of his superiors.

 

Main tasks:

  • Administrative assistance - to SEE Region and BU managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Document and contract management - Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality as required in the relevant systems (SAP, CRM).
  • Reporting - prepare reports to assist management in decision-making processes, including gathering relevant information.
  • Process and procedure adherence - assists and coordinates the development/update and implementation of the processes/procedures.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with different departments and teams to facilitate communication, coordination, and information sharing.
  • Event Coordination - Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination of resources. Prepares meeting memos and follow-up agreed tasks, deadlines.
  • Orders office supplies and catering materials and properly manages the purchased quantity in order to ensure that the tools necessary for work are continuously available.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics and/or Engineering
  • Knowledge of chemical industry (with sales and/or production background) is an advantage
  • Min. 4 years of work experience
  • Full command of English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
  • Professional knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS and Outlook
  • Structured thinking & problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Strong organizational and communication skills as many projects require cross-country coordination
  • Resilience and strong situational adaptability driven by the extensive scope of chemical operation
