Responsibilities

We now have an available role in beautiful Budapest as a service desk agent for a Norwegian speaker. This role combines customer support with technical expertise to deliver seamless support experiences. Representatives act as the first point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring that customers can confidently navigate applications, hardware, and software essential to their daily activities.

Requirements

Skills/qualifications required:
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Norwegian and English language skills - B2/C1 level
  • Good grasp and understanding of customer engagement
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately in demanding situations
  • Level of expertise: L1 Service Desk/IT Helpdesk experience
  • IT Awareness: Basic IT/Computer skills understanding
  • Should be a self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent in verbal & written communication
  • Problem solving abilities, strong logical analytic

Nice-to-have

  • ITSM Tool Awareness: Hand on experience on ITSM tools like Service Now,
  • BMC Remedy
