About the Role

As a Mobile App Expert, you’ll be part of our regional digital team, helping to shape the future of our mobile customer experience across multiple European markets. You’ll work closely with the EHC Mobile App Product Owner to translate global strategy into local execution — ensuring that every feature, campaign, and interaction meets both business goals and user expectations. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, creativity, and a passion for mobile innovation.

• You’ll own and refine the local product backlog, ensuring priorities are clear and development efforts focus on high-impact features,
• You’ll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver seamless, user-focused mobile experiences,
• You’ll actively contribute to agile ceremonies, ensuring local insights and requirements shape each sprint and release,
• You’ll analyze app performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities to boost engagement, retention, and satisfaction,
• You’ll ensure full compliance with local regulations, data privacy, and internal governance standards,
• You’ll coordinate content, localization, and UI updates, keeping the app aligned with brand and UX guidelines,
• You’ll partner with Marketing and Customer Support teams to enhance user experience through in-app campaigns and proactive communication.

• You’re an experienced mobile app professional with 3+ years in digital product or app management — ideally in the financial services sector,
• You understand the end-to-end mobile app lifecycle, from planning and release to performance analysis and optimization,
• You know how to balance priorities — making smart decisions that align business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility,
• You’re data-savvy, using analytics and KPIs to measure success, identify opportunities, and influence direction,
• You’re a strong collaborator and communicator, confident working with marketing, legal, compliance, and senior stakeholders.
