Medior UX / Service Designer

Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

About the job and your team

Interested in transforming how people experience services in an organization with global reach? Currently, we're looking for a junior service designer to join our interdisciplinary Modern Workplace / User Experience team in Székesfehérvár (with option for home office).
Our goal is to develop a truly customer-centric culture by embedding service design practices throughout our aluminum business.

• LEAD INSPIRING RESEARCH: conduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors and needs.

Support the UX team through service design frameworks, including interviews, surveys and usability testing

• COLLABORATE ACROSS BOUNDARIES: partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create concepts / validate / prototype / test & repeat together - so ensure impactful solutions
• DESIGN FOR IMPACT: plan & prepare workshops, facilitate them involving stakeholders with various background
• IMPROVE THROUGH FEEDBACK: analyze user metrics and feedback to inform data-driven decisions, enhancing the service experience over time

• EXPERIENCE THAT STANDS OUT: several years in service design or strategic UX, with a portfolio showcasing of at least 2–3 relevant projects
• COOPERATION SKILLS: you'll be working closely with the senior service designer, so you have to be able to think & act & develop together
• PROFICIENCY IN TOOLS: expertise with tools like Miro, Dovetail, Figma, or similar design platforms
• AGILE SAVVY: familiarity with agile methodologies and experience collaborating within agile teams
• RELEVANT EDUCATION: a qualification in service design, UX design, Design thinking - or a related field is preferred
• FLUENCY IN ENGLISH: strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting solutions
