Marketing Manager

Position Overview 

Take full ownership of ViSoft’s marketing activities in a start-up-style environment. You plan and execute campaigns for 2–3 key products, generate qualified leads, and shape our international market presence with a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and run B2B marketing campaigns     (digital, content, events)
• Manage website, SEO/SEA
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Create and coordinate product-focused content (stories, videos, newsletters)
• Support sales with materials, demos, and lead funnels
• Manage account-based marketing programs
• Manage small external agency budget
• Direct reporting to the CEO

Your profile

• 3–5 years of fully fledged B2B marketing experience (preferably SaaS or design/planning software)
• Strong digital marketing and content skills
• Fluent Hungarian, English and solid German (B2+) could be an advantage
• Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently
• Commercial minded

Experience gained at an IT company, promoting and representing the company’s IT products.
