Marketing & Business Trainee Beauty Industry

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media management and collaboration.
• Maintaining and updating databases.
• Contribute to product launches planning and execution.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support account management, customer relationship building, and partnership coordination.
• Participate in business meetings, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication and marketing channels.

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Open to travel for work.
• Creative thinker with strong initiative and attention to detail.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their effective integration into workflow processes is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
