Key Responsibilities

1. Design and optimize manufacturing processes with robotics & CNC systems
2. Program, integrate, and troubleshoot robotic systems (FANUC, ABB, KUKA)
3. Develop and optimize CNC programs (G-code, CAM software)
4. Support equipment reliability and troubleshooting
5. Lead automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Robotics Engineering (or related)
2. 1–2 years’ experience in robotics or CNC (or strong willingness to learn)
3. Skills in CNC/robot programming, CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
4. Lean/Six Sigma or PLC experience is a plus
5. Strong problem-solving & communication skills
