Overview We are seeking a motivated and technically curious
Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing engineering
team within a modern, high-technology production environment. This
role is ideal for an engineer with solid manufacturing experience
who is eager to take ownership of process optimisation and
contribute directly to operational excellence. The position will
primarily focus on bonding-related technological processes .
Previous bonding experience is not required; interest, analytical
capability, and a strong drive to learn are essential. You will
work closely with production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and
engineering teams, contributing to both day-to-day manufacturing
stability and longer-term continuous improvement initiatives. Key
Responsibilities Analyse manufacturing performance, including
downtime, technological parameters, process deviations, machine and
tooling failures Define, implement, and monitor corrective and
preventive actions Optimise productivity indicators (OEE),
manufacturing costs, and operational procedures Investigate
production-related issues and lead structured problem-solving
activities Prepare, update, and maintain work instructions, Control
Plans, FMEAs, and training documentation Support decision-making
through data-driven analysis and technical recommendations
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure stable,
efficient, and high-quality production Contribute actively to
continuous improvement and industrialisation initiatives
Requirements Higher technical education (e.g. Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive
Engineering or similar) 3 to 5 years of experience in a
manufacturing or industrial engineering environment Strong
understanding of manufacturing technologies and production
processes Knowledge of automotive quality standards (e.g. IATF
16949, VDA, PPAP) Hungarian language: C2 level (mandatory, for
effective shopfloor communication) English language: B2 level
(written and spoken) Project management experience is considered a
