Manual Tester - Digital Factory

Purpose of the Position:

Join MOL Group's Digital Factory and play a pivotal role in the transformation of our Consumer Services business unit from a traditional fuel retailer to a digitally-driven consumer goods retailer and integrated mobility services provider. As a Manual Tester, you will help deliver high-quality mobile, web, and Salesforce-based applications. You'll work within a dynamic, product-minded Digital Engineering Team to ensure that our advanced analytics solutions and MOL MOVE, our digital-first loyalty rewards program, provide seamless user experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and user stories.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce, mobile, and web applications.
• Perform GUI (Mobile Application), API testing, and backend validation.
• Identify, report, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure quality of bug fixes and new features.
• Provide clear and detailed documentation of test results and collaborate on solutions with developers and stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior testers and interns, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Stay current with industry best practices and testing methodologies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Specialization in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Business is an advantage.
• Certifications: Salesforce CRM Admin certificate and ISTQB Foundation certification are pluses.
• Experience: 5+ years of manual testing experience, ideally in retail IT systems or similar environments. Knowledge of agile/scrum is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and independent work ethic with strong time management abilities.
  • Experience with test management tools like Spira, JIRA, and basic knowledge of SQL and Salesforce.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Languages: Upper-intermediate level of English is required.
• Additional: Open to working in a cross-cultural, CEE-based environment.
