As Managing Director, you will be at the helm of or Partner's Budapest facility, driving operations across multiple functions including HR, Finance, and Quality. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the Budapest operations, ensuring financial targets for revenue and profitability are met.
- Performance Management: Ensure our services meet client KPIs and implement new customer programs.
- Compliance: Adhere to all statutory financial, employment, and legal requirements.
- Resource Optimization: Manage headcount, supplier relationships, and procurement.
- Operational Excellence: Lead operations with a focus on continuous process improvement, efficient resource use, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain defined quality standards and manage daily profit & loss analysis.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with Divisions and Business Development to attract new clients and manage existing accounts.
- Reporting: Report directly to the VP STB Operations

- Experience as a General Manager is a must
- Educational Background: University degree with extensive managerial experience in operations.
- Business Acumen: Strong commercial sense with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Organizational Fit: Prefer working in a lean, dynamic, and less formal environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent social skills, open-minded, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hungarian.
