Elvárások:

BSc in Business, Economics, or a related field.

10+ years in vendor management in outsourced infrastructure support, service management within IT functions in Global Business Services, and working with geographically dispersed teams.

Skills in managing multiple vendors, leading and motivating stakeholders, strategic thinking, and effective communication.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ServiceNow, and Power BI.

Competencies in leadership, analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills; process documentation; strategic sourcing; category management; procure-to-pay processes; IT infrastructure and applications knowledge, ITIL best practices, and reporting skills.

Proven abilities in driving operational improvements, building effective service provider relationships, partnering with stakeholders to enhance operations, and adapting to industry and market trends in vendor management and reporting.
