Logistics Team Leader – Fairs & Events

• Execute planned activities, coordinate and supervise tasks, and provide feedback to the regional unit manager.
• Acquire new clients for the organizational unit through close collaboration with operational departments and executive management.
• Represent the Employer at events hosted by clients, partners, and institutions, while nurturing existing relationships and establishing new connections.
• Identify emerging trends and new service opportunities.
• Prepare proposals for clients, coordinate project execution, and monitor progress.
• Maintain regular communication with related departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Contribute to quality management by proposing improvements based on client feedback.
• Actively support the achievement of internal quality objectives within the company.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities and promptly report relevant changes.
• Manage controlling functions, including statistics and key performance parameters.
• Ensure continuous and strict cost management within the directly supervised area.

• At least 5-7 years’ professional experience in logistics and forwarding business.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
• Wide logistics/forwarding business education.
• Flexibility and ability to work in team.
• Problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Valid Category B driver’s license and own car required.
