Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle of supply chain and logistics activities, including the procurement of internal and third-party items.
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and warehouse processes to guarantee product availability and efficient stock management.
- Foster strong relationships with third-party service providers and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Maintain accurate master data for pricing, contracts, customers, and products, while ensuring compliance with tender and contract requirements.
- Manage the Order-to-Invoice process for digital products, utilizing SAP and other relevant systems with proficiency.
- Lead or contribute to both local and cross-functional project teams, driving innovation and sharing best practices across the organization.
- Work closely with various teams to deliver logistical support, manage public procurement tasks, and resolve complex challenges.
Elvárások:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, logistics processes, industry regulations, and material handling.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a highly regulated environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate projects and initiatives effectively, showcasing teamwork, influence, and fluency in English.
