Logistic coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Samsung SDS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily transportation activities, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring smooth cargo flow and shipment tracking.
This position focuses primarily on truck shipment management, requiring basic English communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing import and export air freight shipments from origin to destination
• Handle ocean export shipments
• Claim management
• Monitor shipment status
• Coordinate actual shipments with customers and senders
• Organize cargo
• Liaise between customers and freight forwarders
• Manage shipments in internal systems
• Prepare statistical and ad-hoc reports
• Input and record data in Excel and internal systems

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar field/position
• Minimum secondary education
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Flexibility and perseverance
• Ability to teamwork
• User-level MS Office computer skills (advanced knowledge of Excel)
• Ability to handle stress and workload
