Responsibilities
- Managing logistics tasks related to liquid and dry bulk cargo
- Communicating and coordinating with transporters
- Issuing purchase orders to transporters
- Performing administrative tasks for the Commercial Department
- Managing export and import procedures
- Identifying and sourcing new transporters
- Monitoring market prices to keep the company competitive
- Checking and verifying delivery invoices
- Managing and maintaining databases
- Using the SAP system
- Collaborating with other departments
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Assertive, open, reliable, and proactive personality
- Customer-oriented with rational thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
Nice-to-have
Experience in road and sea transportation is a plus.
