Responsibilities

We are an international company, currently expanding our online platform providing professional stock market trading education. Our academy is growing, and we are looking for a talented Development Coordinator to manage the development of our Learning Management System (LMS) and assist in creating new training programs and enhance learning experiences.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of our existing LMS platform, improving user experience and functionality.
  • Make our training programs as gamified as possible.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to design, develop, and launch new training programs (Crypto, Forex, Futures, etc.).
  • Recreate the existing programs in different languages.
  • Ensure all educational content is updated, structured, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Coordinate ongoing education and subscription models for our students, managing the rollout of new features.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in LMS development or online education platforms.
  • A background in project management.
  • The ability to learn new subjects and concepts fast.
  • The ability to gamify training programs
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of, financial markets, or interest in trading education is a plus.
