Level 3 Support Engineer

• Troubleshooting production issues through log file analysis and codebase investigation
• Collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners
• Proposing and implementing out-of-the-box ideas to improve support processes and documentation
• Gaining insights into both IT infrastructure and business workflows
• Working in a Linux/macOS environment with tools and technologies like Python, NoSQL databases, and distributed systems
• Participating in on-call duties as part of our 24/7 support model (regular working hours with occasional on-call shifts)

• a technical background (degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a technical or support role
• familiarity with Linux/macOS, Erlang/Elixir, Python, and NoSQL technologies
• strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
