Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Hungary (Mercedes-Benz Credit Pénzügyi Szoolgáltató Hungary Zrt.) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Leasing and Finance Product & Pricing Specialist to join our team.
This role plays a key part in the development and optimization of our financial products. If you are at home in the world of financial services, leasing, and insurance, possess excellent knowledge of financial products and pricing strategies, and are a native Hungarian speaker with excellent English, then we are looking for you!
The successful candidate will play a key role in launching products to attract our customers and secure the best customer experience by enabling Mercedes-Benz vehicles to be better accessible through unique financing options.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the Hungarian market. However, as part of our Central European Cluster (CEE), you will also have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with colleagues from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Romania on various cross-border product and campaign initiatives.
Main Tasks:- Develop and implement competitive financial products and offers for passenger cars & light commercial vehicles (PC & VANs) to maximize vehicle sales.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of financial products and campaigns, identifying trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse the vehicle financing market and competitors to ensure market-relevant positioning.
- Propose improvements or adjustments to financial products and pricing structures (e.g., due to regulatory changes).
