• Managing and coordinating the entire recruitment process
  • Planning and implementing recruitment/training budgets
  • Managing a HR team of 4-6 people
  • Organising external and internal training
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and recruitment consultants
  • Representing the company in professional programmes
  • Preparing and implementing training plans
  • Preparing reports and briefings in English
  • Development of a performance appraisal system.

Elvárások:

  • At least intermediate, active knowledge of English
  • Higher education in economics
  • High level of knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Category B driving licence
  • Several years of experience in white collar selection
