Learning & Development Quality Assurance Specialist Polish

• Develop and manage effective training content tailored to global service teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend development opportunities based on analysis.
• Deliver training through multiple formats such as workshops, simulations, and video content.
• Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify knowledge gaps and design targeted interventions to close them.
• Analyze performance data to propose process improvements that align with business goals.
• Assist the QA Manager in initiatives aimed at enhancing overall service quality and operational accuracy.

• 2–4 years of experience in Training or Quality Assurance, preferably in Customer Service, Customer Due Diligence, Fraud Risk, or AML.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
