• Deliver an outstanding, personalized customer experience (product application, demonstrations on hand and face etc.)
• Recommend individualized skincare routines based on customers’ needs and lifestyle
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide skincare consultations
• Participate in brand trainings and educational programs
• Represent the store’s exclusive appearance and the brand’s image
• Support promotions, events, and product launches
• Monitor stock and support the daily operations of the store
• Assist managers in onboarding and developing team members

• At least 2 years of retail experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in a luxury or cosmetic environment
• Confident in building relationships with customers
• Ability to communicate in English with international customers at a high standard

• Experience with a cosmetic or skincare brand
• Sales experience in a luxury retail environment
