Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report manufacturing costs, variances, efficiency, and productivity
  • Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and management summaries
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including bottom‑up planning (sales, margins, volumes)
  • Maintain accurate master data and ensure compliance with corporate finance policies
  • Perform contribution margin analysis and item‑level profitability reporting
  • Conduct CAPEX controlling and variance tracking
  • Standard cost updates
  • Price calculation
  • Support inventory accuracy, participate in cycle count processes
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and other departments
  • EU taxonomy reports
  • SAP key user

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Confident command of English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge required
  • Ability to present financial insights to non‑financial stakeholders clearly and effectively
