Cooperation in projects with development to secure purchasing interests in new developments, for cost- and benefit-optimal design and placement of componentsAssessment of the capacity, process and quality assurance for sample and pre-series parts at the supplierManagement of key projects (project organization, planning, implementation, and control) together with other purchasing departments (locations, commodities, cost & value engineering)Independent analysis, conception and implementation of projects in strategic purchasingAssumption of the subproject manager function in new projectsProject collaboration and coordination in international, cross-functional field
RequirementsTechnical or Commercial university degreeProfessional experience (minimum 5 years) in similar position in multinational company culture or consultancy experience in supply chain / sourcing / manufacturing / industrial developmentGood communication and presentation skillsExtensive knowledge of sourcing, strategic sourcing processes, negotiation experienceStrong project management skillsVery good command of English written and spokenWillingness to travel
