Key Account Manager

• Serve as the primary contact for our priority customers, managing all communications, including technical discussions, meetings and negotiations.
• Ensure targeted hit rate by coordination of RFQ phases and support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Looking for new potentials within the client portfolio.
• Handle different contract negotiations, managing price adjustments and raw material requirements.
• Address any client issues, such as quality claims, and oversee the implementation of improvement actions.
• Organises priority customer visits and cooperates on audits at FERZOL Group sites to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Organize the preparation for and main leader of business review meetings with clients, track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Extensive experience in account management, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Proven experience, confidence, and proficiency in navigating the B2B sales process.
• Strong networking, communication, negotiation and project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and prioritize multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to handle sensitive client issues effectively.
