- Lead a team of service supervisors, overseeing shift planning, attendance, holidays, overtime, sickness, and recruitment, collaborating with HR on personnel matters
- Identify new sales opportunities, calculate and prepare price offers, and sell them to the client
- Manage health, safety, and environmental aspects, cooperating with the HSE manager and ensuring compliance
- Manage the budget, presenting monthly operational and financial results, identifying and addressing performance gaps
- Approve purchase orders and participate in supplier evaluations led by the procurement department
- Manage quality inspections and service quality KPIs as per the customer contract
- Regularly evaluate subordinate performance and foster communication and feedback within the team
- Utilize account management systems
Elvárások:
- University degree - in the technical or economic field
- 3+ years of experience managing large teams of blue-collar workers
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry (production or maintenance management preferred)
- Experience with facility management systems
- Driver's license (B)
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and responsible
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective communication and time management
