Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sales of various Powertrain components to OEM customers
  • Preparation of the “Annual Operating Plan” (AOP) and “Long Range Plan” (LRP)
  • Updating the sales data in the planning systems
  • Preparation and evaluation of market, cost, and price analyses
  • Development of the strategy considering company objectives and team goals
  • Personal customer meetings and customer visits
  • Further development of the customer relationship for sustainable growth
  • Preparation of sales presentations, quotations
  • Administration of customer portals
  • Review the contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar position
  • Language requirement: fluent in English and German
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Willingness to travel to customers or internal plants (usually short trips 1-3 days)
