Responsibilities

  • Primary focus on generating and converting leads to grow the customer base.
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Generate more leads, increase conversion of leads, explore new markets and increase customer base.
  • Address the lost and churned accounts and understand the reasons behind it to fix it.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate product solutions to prospective clients.
  • Close sales by building rapport with new and existing clients and addressing client objections.
  • Train travel agents on calls, meetings & webinars.
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the KPIs.
  • Track and manage sales activities and leads using CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Analyze sales metrics and feedback to improve performance and processes.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product launches and campaigns. Find ways to approach clients and motivate them to book.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of inside sales experience
  • Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation and hunter sales attitude
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing targets.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Analytical skills for generating insights from sales and booking data
