Feladatok
Provide top-tier technical support to end users (phone, in-person, or online) Diagnose hardware & software issues and deliver timely solutions Resolve support tickets within SLA and ensure high customer satisfaction Monitor system performance and perform routine audits & reporting Carry out regular IT housekeeping and maintain shared resources
Elvárások
Solid understanding of IT systems & infrastructure Experience with ticketing/logging systems trong knowledge of: VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, LAN Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching, etc. Fluent English
