Feladatok

  • Provide top-tier technical support to end users (phone, in-person, or online)
  • Diagnose hardware & software issues and deliver timely solutions
  • Resolve support tickets within SLA and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor system performance and perform routine audits & reporting
  • Carry out regular IT housekeeping and maintain shared resources

  • Solid understanding of IT systems & infrastructure
  • Experience with ticketing/logging systems
  • trong knowledge of: VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, LAN Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching, etc.
  • Fluent English
