Junior Expansion Manager f / m

What you’ll do

• Support the execution of MODIVO Group’s expansion strategy across all brands
• Research and evaluate new markets, retail locations and commercial opportunities
• Coordinate communication with landlords, developers and local partners
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations and project documentation
• Assist with cross-functional projects with operations and business development teams
• Support the manager with daily coordination and administrative tasks
• Participate in field visits and learn how we assess locations in real life

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in expansion, real estate, leasing, business development, project coordination or a similar area (internships are welcome)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with external partners
• Structured mindset: you can stay organized, manage deadlines and follow up effectively
• Good analytical thinking and interest in numbers, reports and market research
• English level B2 or higher
• Driving license (B) and willingness to travel is a big plus

We’re looking for a Junior Expansion Manager (HU) to support the growth of our retail network across the country.

You’ll work closely with the Expansion team and support market research, location analysis, partner communication and documentation around new openings.
