Junior Commercial Agent Sales Representative

• Building, maintaining, and developing client relationships with existing partners,
• Sourcing new suppliers for metal scrap purchases,
• Conducting regular client visits and negotiations,
• Organizing and coordinating metal scrap transportation through transportation companies,
• Negotiating prices and business terms,
• Managing business processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction,
• Cooperating with the area manager and the Italian office regarding logistics and operational matters.
• Occasional visits to the Italian headquarters.

• A few years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in logistics or metal recycling, but candidates from other industries are also welcome,
• Flexibility in working hours,
• Responsibility and ability to work independently,
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills,
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities,
• Language skills: Hungarian – native, English – professional/negotiation level, Italian – any level is a nice to have plus,
• A valid driving license (Category B),
• Basic proficiency in MS Office,
• Preferably but not necessarily entrepreneurial status.

Our Client is an Italian company, that has been operating as dealer/broker in the environmental field for more than 50 years. Their services range from international trade of ferrous and metal scrap to custom-made solutions for the hazardous and non-hazardous waste collectors.
The company operates in central-eastern European market and has an experienced and multilingual working team. Our client has been active on the Hungarian market for several years and as such has a good reputation among existing and potential clients.
To further strengthen its Hungarian position we are currently looking for a COMMERCIAL AGENT who will be their sole local agent/representative.
