Junior Associate / Ügyvédjelölt

bpv JÁDI NÉMETH Attorneys at Law is currently looking for Junior Associate with an excellent command of English who have obtained a Hungarian Law Degree and have study experience abroad or have work experience in an international environment. Responsibilities and tasks

• advising an international client base in all areas of business law (including corporate, commercial, real estate, employment, banking and finance and regulatory),
• preparation, drafting and review of contracts, agreements, legal documents, newsletters, articles, memoranda in various legal areas,
• conducting full scale legal research of complex legal matters,
• providing legal representation before courts, arbitral tribunals, and authorities.

• Hungarian Law Degree,
• study experience abroad,
• excellent command of Hungarian and English,
• outstanding communication skills,
• confidence,
• reliability,
• flexibility and strong work ethic,
• independent and proactive,
• advanced IT skills and excellent user of online legal directories,
• interest in arbitration matters.
