<h3>Feladatok:</h3>
  • Assist in asset inventory management with guidance from the Team Leader, SME, or Senior Fixed Assets Accountant
  • Handle asset divestments with and without revenue under supervision and based on business or country team requests
  • Transfer assets under construction to fixed assets during monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
  • Verify and process adjusting entries and transfers for capital expenditures with appropriate guidance
  • Screen inferior assets and prepare transfer posting documents with support from the team
  • Process depreciation and perform necessary sense checks
  • Ensure all asset movements comply with BP policies, local GAAP, and IFRS under supervision
  • Adhere to "Component Accounting" standards with appropriate guidance
  • Handle purchase requisitions and account assignments for capital expenditures in line with GAAP and IFRS standards
  • Complete tasks in accordance with QMS requirements
  • Process and maintain fixed asset master data accurately
  • Address queries and escalate issues when necessary, following standard operating procedures
  • Perform tasks within deadlines and according to team leader and business direction
<h3>Elvárások:</h3>
  • Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months 
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance/Accounting or any related field - already completed your first year at university
  • Fluent English knowledge both written and verbal
  • Intermediate German knowledge, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
  • Customer- and service-oriented thinking
  • Readiness for action and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and cooperation
