Our partner operating in the manufacturing and building solutions sector offers a great opportunity to join a stable and supportive team. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Accountant, gaining valuable experience while supporting the company's daily administrative and financial operations.

  • Managing day-to-day office administration, including handling correspondence, archiving documents, formatting company materials, and maintaining internal records.
  • Processing and issuing both domestic and international invoices (in local and foreign currencies) using the Dimension accounting system.
  • Updating and maintaining supplier and revenue invoice overviews in Excel.
  • Processing bank statements, ensuring accurate postings, and preparing clearing transactions or offsets.
  • Supporting inventory checks for assets, receivables, and payables, as well as compiling various statistical reports for internal and external use.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Secondary education degree, preferably in economics or a related field.
  • Communicative level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and VAT principles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically with an intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

 

Advantage:

  • At least 1 year of experience in invoicing, accounting, or financial administration, as well as familiarity with the Dimension system.
