Feladatok:

  • Manage the customer experience centre end to end activities
  • Support all Employee and Line Manager queries by using SNOW and Workday as main tools
  • Ensure all requests are managed with 100% Data Security and Privacy standards, avoiding any data breach
  • Help and interact with Diageo colleagues, including HR stakeholders and Line Managers of all Europe markets
  • Support employee lifecycle events including employee document generation and data maintenance

Elvárások:

  • The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
  • Fluent English knowledge both verbal & written
  • Upper-intermediate Italian language knowledge
  • Analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills obtained within a process environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel)

Working hours

  • Being able to work at least 20-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
