Responsibilities

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at different locations, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
 
Responsibilities:
  • identify, diagnose, and resolve the level one / two issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile Devices, Tablets etc.
  • deal with software portfolio management and product life cycle management
  • provide general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops
  • coordinate with the third-party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same
  • provide assistance in the installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards,
    wired switches, etc.
  • provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
Location:  Budapest - Fully onsite

Requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (end-user / desktop support)
  • knowledge of Win 10/11 and related Office applications, Office 365
  • good understanding of Desktop/Laptop/Printer
  • familiarity with Windows operating systems and common off-the-shelf software such as MS Office, Email Client
  • experience with building, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components
  • familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous during troubleshooting, H&E support
  • good knowledge of application installation & config, image installation & config, hardware break & fix
  • good grasp of mobile and handheld devices such as Android and IOS Tablets configuration and navigation
  • strong customer/people service skills
  • knowledge of mobile devices – Android and iOS
  • knowledge of Windows networking configurations, Device Encryption, working network level
  • understanding, print queue understanding, AD basic/intermediate understanding
  • excellent hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting DC equipment, Rack and Stack of the DC equipment/cable
  • used to working with ticketing system
  • good command of English
  • at least fluent Hungarian
  • Driving license
