Hemmersbach is seeking experienced Onsite or Field Technicians at L2 to join our team. As an IT technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Participate in project rollouts and deployments
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
