Our Multinational partner in Budapest (District VI) is looking for an IT Technical Support Analyst!

  • Deliver IT support via phone, in-person, or online to internal users

  • Identify hardware/software requirements to resolve IT issues

  • Handle incident tickets in line with SLAs/KPIs, ensuring accurate documentation

  • Proactively use IT monitoring and management tools

  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and perform audits as needed

  • Comply with IT policies and procedures

  • Maintain shared IT assets and prepare reports when required.

  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written, B2 level or higher)

  • Solid technical knowledge and good IT understanding

    • Microsoft desktop environments, Apple iOS, MacOS

    • VoIP and video conferencing

    • Microsoft application support

    • Mobile devices like phones, tablets

    • LAN, VPN, RDP

    • TCP/IP protocols, two-factor authentication

    • Software, Hardware (Routers, Switches)

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
