IT Technical Support Analyst to join our growing internal support team.
You won’t just fix issues — you’ll
enable smoother operations across our local and remote delivery sites, support global colleagues, and make sure our tech stack works as hard as we do. Whether it’s a VPN issue, a laptop emergency, or a systems update, you’ll be the go-to expert behind our internal user experience.
Location: Debrecen, Hungary

Working hours:- Monday - Friday
- 8.00-16:30

What You’ll Be Doing- Deliver top-tier technical support to our end-user community via phone, in-person, or online;
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide effective, timely solutions;
- Ensure support tickets are resolved within service-level agreements (SLAs) and to high customer satisfaction;
- Keep support queues under control and ensure consistent updates on open incidents;
- Help users get the most from their systems, tools, and equipment;
- Monitor system performance using tools, and perform routine audits and reports as needed;
- Carry out regular IT housekeeping and maintain shared resources;
- Work closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless support;
- Uphold IT policies, procedures, and security standards at all times.
