YOU

are responsible for the ongoing operation of IT systems in the Microsoft/Office 365 environment (e.g., Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
evaluate and implement new functions or services and provide 2nd level support
work from the conception through development to the implementation of new solutions in the area of collaboration and communication
act as a technical contact and IT interface for internal and external partners
