In dieser Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass bei unseren Kund:innen alles rundläuft – von der Ticketbearbeitung bis zur Systempflege. Ob remote oder vor Ort: Du bist Teil eines Teams, das IT greifbar macht.

• Betreuung und Support für bestehende Kund:innen – remote & onsite
• Installation und Administration von Client-, Server- und Netzwerklösungen
• System-Monitoring & Troubleshooting mit Hausverstand
• Dokumentation im Ticketing-System? Gehört bei dir einfach dazu

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Uni o. ä.)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Infrastruktur-Allrounder (Client, Server, Netzwerk)
• Know-how im Microsoft, bzw. Windows-Umfeld, 
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprachen-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
