Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for end users via phone and email.
  • Diagnose basic technical issues and provide first-line resolutions.
  • Create and categorize support tickets, ensuring correct priority levels.
  • Escalate more complex incidents to specialized support teams.
  • Follow up on open cases and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper incident closure once the problem is resolved.

Requirements

  • C1 German and B1+ English level.
  • Previous experience in IT Support/Customer Service is an advantage, but
  • motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and readiness to learn new
  • technologies.
