Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure
- Directing and supervising the work of the IT team to ensure effective operation and successful project completion
- Responsible for IT system security and data protection, as well as compliance with data protection regulations
- Maintaining communication with the company's management and other departments to adequately support business goals and requirements
- Responsible for planning and managing the IT budget, as well as efficient resource allocation
- Participating in the planning and execution of IT projects, as well as coordinating system upgrades and developments
- Ensuring the continuous operation and availability of IT systems and applications
- Providing IT services and support to the company's employees
- Keeping up with IT trends and technologies, as well as supporting innovation
- Responsible for documenting and optimizing IT processes and systems
Requirements
- High school degree or above of IT or equivalent experiences of IT area
- English language skills at communication level
- Excellent knowledge and experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, C++,etc.) and the ability to manage and support a team of developers
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of network architectures, as well as network security and performance optimization
- Ability to design and develop IT Systems and applications and to deliver projects on time
